Refund Guidelines:

- Refunds are only applicable to monetary donations made to Nageshwar Bimla Foundation.
- Donors are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of the donation.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
- Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please send an email to contact@nbfoundation.org.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- In the email, provide your full name, contact information, donation amount, and the reason for the refund request.
- No Refund Situations:
- We cannot issue refunds for non-monetary donations, including in-kind donations, such as food or supplies.
- No refunds will be provided for donations beyond 7 days from the date of the donation.
Cancellation Guidelines:

- Donors can cancel recurring donations at any time by sending an email to contact@nbfoundation.org.in with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before the next scheduled donation date.
- Cancellation Process:
- In your email, please provide your full name, contact information, and the details of the recurring donation you wish to cancel.
- Cancellations After the Deadline:
- If a cancellation request is received less than 3 business days before the next scheduled donation date, the cancellation may not take effect until the following scheduled donation.
